Hi.. I purchased this extension few months back, to make a site for educational purpose (psychology).. Everything works fine except, i need to enter custom "MARKS" according to the questions.. Example:-

Question - in last 2 weeks
1. Little interest or pleasure in doing things

Answers
Not at all - (give them 0 marks)
Several days - (give them 1 marks)
More than half the days - (give them 2 marks)
Nearly everyday - (give them 3 marks)

So this will accumulate, and in the end of session, it will show as such:-

YOUR SCORE IS ( 15 )

Severity scores of depression:
≥ 10-14: Mild major depression
≥ 15-19: Moderate major depression
≥ 20: Severe major depression

Can you please help ? My professor wants to see the site working by Monday, so i dont know how to fix it.. Please help me to fix it.. Thank you very much!
