Problem with URLs

Hi
I have a problem that is kind of specific.

I created the front page oud of HTML modules that are appearing only on front page-home page.
I also published the latest articles module in the footer.
Everything works great, so i think you are gussing where is the problem...
In the Joomla i disabled the Show Article name, Show Author....because i want to use a specific category without the blog format (like disclaimer, terms of use... ) I also excluded the category in the CjBlog so the thing works great.

When i come to my landing page, the custom HTML modules appear, and the page looks nice.
When i click directly on the link for some article, lets say from the latest article module, I am taken to that article, but i have all the modules published before the article that are ment for home page and the article is without the blog(CjBlog) formatting. I guess joomla takes that the last page was home, so it remembers its on home even if i click different article.
The URL looks like this:
index.php/9-blog/3-welcome-to-your-blog

But this dont happen if i come on the article page from any other page.
Lets say i go first on "About" page and then click the same article as before.
Now the custom HTML modules from the home page are gone, article is blog formatted and looks nice...all is good.
The URL looks like this:
index.php/about/9-blog/3-welcome-to-your-blog

Do you have any idea, how i can fix this, since i am sure some people would want to look at the articles from the default home page? Of course i mean in a generic way, so i dont need to publish each and every single article in a menu by hand.

Thanks
