Hello, I'm considering polls for my future website and I'm quite interested in Community Polls. Though I have some questions first:

1. My idea is that a part of the website will allow people to submit their own polls while another one will contain only polls created by a site administrator. Can I use Community Polls also as a classic poll for my website with features like "submit a poll" disabled?
2. My website won't be in the English language. At least not for now. Will buttons like "Vote now" and other such things adapt according to installed Joomla language pack? Or is this manually customizable?
3. Do Community Polls come with a log in form that allow users to log in and then to create their own polls? Or log in form and possibility to create user accounts must be added somehow / connected to the Community Polls extention? I'm new to Joomla and I'm still learning some things.
4. I need to buy the download access but after that the extention is licensed under free GNU General Public License? I'm ready to pay for premium products, but this is confusing. So is the extention itself free and I pay just to be able to download it + to have one year support or it's not free?
