User Reporting for invites
User Reporting for invites
I thought I understood the concept of inviting users using ACYMailing ie they are "onymous" invitations with a specific survey key, however clearly I do not as the surveys when responded to all come back as guest responses.
What I thought would happen is that the invitation would be tied via the survey key to the invited user and I would be able to track response by user.
Am I missing something here. I assure you I have followed the instructions as best I can but for the record my process is
1. Create users in Community Builder
2. Add users to a list in ACYMailing
3. create a newsletter with the placeholder for the tag
4. send out the ACY mailing invite (So far I have only done the test one to me as a user as I am registered in the group - is this the problem?)
5. complete the survey
6. review the results in the back end - they all come back as guest
I have looked through the tables and created by is not filled out in the response detail and there is no obvious link between survey key and user
Please explain further as I must be misunderstanding
