We would like to know how we can make sure that anyone can fill out our survey as many times as they want.
Now we get the message "RC 9: You already responded to this survey. If you are seeing this message in error, please contact survey manager/administrator." even though we have no restrictions, like Cookies, Username and/or IP-address enabled.
We sent you login information via email. Please help.
