I installed component form pkg_cjblog_v1.1.8. Everything has been installed, and get a message to install the file '

CJLib (CoreJoomla API Library) component not found. Please download and install it to continue.'.

Where can I download the missing file (CoreJoomla API Library)?

I've Joomla 2.5
