OK I give up.

I actually uninstalled cjlib and community surveys. I need a fix. But Nothing I do allows me to update cjlib. My php ini is set to way larger upload limits than you recommend, but it wont't install. I get the error about size every time.

I then uploaded to my tmp directly. No good, Joomla never 'sees' that there are valid install packages. I have tried uploading the pkg_ zip and then also unzipping it and uploading. Same problem each time.
