Hi Maverick,

When I add survey to the article and go to the article page, I get this:

Fatal error: Class 'SurveyHelper' not found in /.../plugins/content/surveys/surveys.php on line 187

Content Surveys plugin is enabled.

Installed version 4.1.0

Joomla 3.4.8

Access to viewing replies is restricted.
