I have created a test survey and have the menu item point to Single Survey, however whenever I tried to take the survey I get You are unauthorised to respond to this survey.| RC=6.

I have set all the permission to be "Allowed", yet still not working. The survey itself is public, so is the menu item.

Can you tell me what step I am missing?
