Hi.
When I save the question on joomla's backend some strange warning appears (despite on the fact that the saving was successfull).

Message

Duplicate entry '0-3-0' for key 'idx_answers_subscriptions_uniq' SQL=INSERT INTO #__answers_subscriptions (user_id, item_type, item_id) VALUES (0, 3, 0)
Item saved successfully.

What does it mean?

Is this some sign about errors in database? If so, please tell me how to correct it.
P.S. Earlier I only have imported 2 hundreds of questions from older version of CA via option 'Migrate'. But no more actions with database.
