long time since i visited the forum - hope you are well.

i have an issue with CQ - when i insert images into the question description it is not loaded - and generat a "missing image" icon - as you can see in this image (inside the blue circle):

i tried disabling the cach on the site but that didn't help.

it worth mentioning that when inserting image inside the QUIZ's description (and not in the questions) they are shown just fine.

also, there is no problem when embeding youtube videos or other media using the JCE Editor.

can you please advise how to solve this?
