In reference to the Advanced Search page, please look into the following 3 questions. Attached is a screen capture. If the attachment does not get uploaded correctly, I will send it to you in a private email message. 

1. It seems that the (Match all words) option does NOT work. On my dev env, there is a question having the word (health) in it. I searched for (health kllkmlm). It displayed this question regardless of the selection of this button. 
2. No categories are listed in the relevant selection box. 
3. The alignment of the (Options) panel is a bit off. It is shifted to the left.
