hi guys i have some issues of structure css in community answers

-1) i have .page-header

that have some line in center and in bottom, why?

-2) in ask question i have the select of category autocomplete dont work and i see a list of category like a tree

-3) in advanced search i have "match all word " slide to left....

can i help?

where is the css ? i dont found!
