We keep getting an error when posting answers or comments to our Community Answers forum.

The address 10.20.1.27 is not in the database

The answer/comment posts successfully, we just keep getting questions about what the error means and would like to resolve it. Has anyone seen this before and have any ideas as to where I can look to clean this up? I've checked all the configuration settings and can't find any reference to that server IP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
