We have enountered a quick where the download track button is not working in articles (we are using CJ Blog) but works fine in a GPS Tools map or GPS Tools category list.

Here is an example in an article where the download track/gpx file is not working :

And here is an example where the track download feature is working properly for very same GPX file/track:
