I enabled the no intro on all chained quizzes and well it was great last night. 

Today however, after I upgraded to 4.8 it's now showing questions some times, and all the time if I enable the intro. It's like the fetching for questions is happening before the page has loaded.

Note, I have removed my customisations to confirm. Output is:
