Hello Maverick,

on chained quizzes, after passing 1 quiz in the series of chained quizzes, the button for "continue to next quiz" is at the bottom of the report, below the score box at the bottom.

i'm also displaying the score box at the top, and i want that button to also show below the top score box.

i could no find that button in any of the layout files (i guess i missed something but i'm not sure what). 

in which file can i find that button in order to move it, so it also shows on the top?
