I have a single question for participants which I am asking for three responses, each in a separate multiline format on a single page.

Given it is a single question I don't wish to have 3 pages, as in response people may wish to refer back to, and later what they completed earlier.

What are the top 3 issues you are facing in XYZ and what do you believe is the best solution to over come each of them

Is there something that I'm missing as I'm not getting that to happen and can't find anything
