i have 2 wierd issues with exporting the survey's responses to a CSV file.

my CS version is 4.7.2, but i also tried updating it to 5.0.8 on a development site, and i get the same problems.

the first problem is that i have 257 "Total completed responses" on this survey, but the CSV file only show 20 of them.

the second problem (or just something i can't understand) is the way the information is shown in the CSV file. my survey contains 3 "Radio Grid" type questions, where the users rate 13 different questions from 1 to 5.

the CSV report for this questions is shown as follows:

the text (hebrew) is the questions which the user rated. the numbers "4", "5", etc are the rating given by the user.

but what are the numbers "83", "84", etc? i get them on each line of the file for all 3 radio-grid questions.
