Oops... just migrated our current joomla installation  to a new server. Apache 2.4, PHP 7.3.12, Joomla 3.9.13

On adding images to forum post, was getting "warning" could not copy from /temp to /media (etc)

It seems that selinux was blocking things, so I disabled selinux.

Now joomla folder permissions are all 'green' again, (according to Joomla System Information - folder permissions)  but image files still do not upload ( no error message, they just do not attach to the forum posting)...

Can you please refresh my memory on how the file permssions for attachments should be set up? or is there something else blocking the function that I can check?
