Good evening.

I'd like to have the users to get notified by email whenever a new question is posted. So, I set the "Community Answers - Questions" plugin like you can see in the screenshot enclosed. I also set up joomla so to send email via SMTP and it does work, I sent the test email. However, if a new question is posted, apparently no email is sent. What am I missing?

Also: you see in the screenshot: the "admin user group" decides what group of user will get the email right?
