I'm having issues since the last update.

The option boxes are not standing in relation to the answers anymore, they don't stand next to each other, they're totally apart from each other. Seems that the table/grid is not working anymore. Before the last update it was working as it should.

Also I have a problem with hiding the "discover surveys" bar. I don't want that bar to show up at all. I've searched the forum for this, but the answer I found there wasn't helpful. I don't find an option that says "hide toolbar". I've tried both activate bootstrap 3 and 4. Nothing helps.
