Hi there

I've recently purchased Community Survey and have to say it has been SO easy to install, and start loading surveys and questions. On the demo site, there is a survey that highlights different formats for likert scale questions (Student Assessment of Learning and Teaching) however, I can't figure out how they were made. There is no information in the documentation on how to create likert scale questions. Any advice?
