Im new, but getting more frustrated.

I have to set up a quiz that has presentations at the beginning of the quiz to get the information for the test at the end. I have ordered the page headers in the correct order, waited to make sure that they were in the right place prior to moving the next. The pages have to be in the correct sequence to present the information. Im using category quiz so each page header is on a different page. In PhPMyAdmin, the order is correct. When I start the quiz, it jumps to different pages and sometimes even puts the last page which is the actual questions before the information is presented. 

is there a way to prevent the system from randomly changing the order of the screens? if not, then this software is not usable for my purpose.
