While understanding your inclusion of Jquery UI, I see it as limiting us as far as customising the extension styling goes. We are currently only limited to only what the scripts offer us and they are no more than different color variations of the same "Look" to put it simply.

I am interested in the Tabs styling. Is it possible to offer advice on excluding the styling option of the script so we can have an option to use our own styles ?
