Hello,

I have already sent 3 emails to your support and sales. I understand that it takes time to reply but understand that I'm frustrated at this point since it looks like my $49 have vanished.

I just made a purchase of community answers through my account through Moneybookers. Got the refference number and in my account under my invoices on your site it says unpaid. How the hell can it be unpaid when my moneybookers acount has been charged.

Perhaps something got bugged since my first session expired on your site but still the reference number is there and the same number is also there in my moneybookers transaction history.
