I'd like to limit registered and guest users from seeing answers until these answers are approved by a higher level like Editor or Publisher or Manager. But I can't see how to do it. There are auto approve questions permissions but where are the auto approve answers permissions?

This can be important for an advice Q&A where an insensitive answer can cause problems.
