Hello,

i'm new to surveys and want to built up a survey like in your demo "Multiple selection grid type question with checkboxes". 
But i find only the choices "multiple selection checkbox" and "checkbox grid" 

How do i built this survey correctly i.e how do i combine these two surveys?
