When trying to fix the DB update for CJForum got.  Tried manually from scripts >admin> scripts > sql> updates.  Got rif of the dashboard layout error but far from getting forum proper functionality.   When trying:

-- Profile Layout Areas (template_id = 6 -> @template_profile_id)
INSERT INTO `db__cjforum_layout_areas` (`template_id`, `area_name`, `grid_columns`, `grid_row`, `grid_order`, `enabled`, `responsive_config`)
VALUES (@template_profile_id, 'toolbar', 12, 1, 1, 1, 'null');

MySQL said:

#1048 - Column 'template_id' cannot be null

Will test more a next release. Maybe my SQl knowledge limited.
