We have a system where the students must complete an evaluation for each module of the course. In the “Thank you” End panel of the evaluation, we provide a link to generate their certificate of completion. The evaluation is in Community Surveys, The cert generator forms are in Community Quiz extensions. This has worked fine for over two years.  

 

Now, often as not, clicking the link sends them to a master list of the evaluations instead of the appropriate link.

The links were set up with links to menu items.  Then I tried full urls.

In the preview the link works fine.  When I test it from the front end, it sometimes works properly.

So far, it appears to be happening  in just one cohort’s set of evals & certs.

You can skip all but the last page of the eval, fill in nonsense for the personal identification, then submit, the thank you panel comes up and the click the link in the message to access the certificate generator which will ask for personal identity info again. OR you’ll get the master list of evals.

 

I also have an issue with the Quiz extension stating it needs to be updated on the dashboard, yet it is the most up to date release.
