1. Of course I have the Acymailing plugin active. 
2. The manual describes "Click on the Tags button on the toolbar which will show a popup with all available tags. Click on the Community Surveys tab"... at my system there is no Tags button on the toolbar. 
3. But there is something else, see the first picture, there is a "surveys" button ... excellent.... so I drag this to my email. 
4. Unfortunately there is no list of surveys popping up, only a rotating circle that does not come to an end. 
5. So... what I did was the following:
   1. I inserted the LOADSURVEY: tag with the number of the survey. 
   2. Nothing seems to happen. 
   3. I save the mail and start sending a text mail to myself
   4. again the rotation circle, the mail does not get sent
6. So: What am I doing wrong?
