When I visit the installed gpstools component I am told that i do not have the latest version. I go to home site - download 1.7.1 and install. I get notification that the upgrade is complete. When I return to the component - it still tells me I have the old version. This is a bug imho. Fee free to post response and add to bug area if you desire.

PS - all site and browser cashe was cleared after install.
