There's a pretty universal message in MSG_SAVE_SUCCESS line, which pops on new question and question or answer update. "Changes saved" - this is not very obvious phrase, you now. It would be much better to have three SEPARATE strings like MSG_QUESTION_ADDED, MSG_QUESTION_UPDATED and MSG_ANSWER_UPDATED with their own phrases.
