I am having only issues with the community surveys component.

Giving "component access" permission to the "registered" user allowed the UI to display.

Now when creating a survey, when clicking "Continue" I get a "Cancel" like behavior:

This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave - data you have entered may not be saved.

Answering "Yes" cancels the survey, answering stay on page doesn't move on...

How do we enter/define a survey ?

Please advise.
