1146 Table 'staging_XXX.#__survey_integration' doesn't exist

I just upgraded from 5.5.12 to 6.0.3 under Joomla 3.10.0.  I got the following error when clicking to create a new survey.  

I tried to install the package again (as recommended here), but that did not resolve the issue.
