24 hours since purchase and I have not activated the download - error displayed

Yesterday I renewed my subscription, my account shows the status Activate, including the expiration date in 1 year..but the download doesn't work, it shows the error "There has been a critical error on this website". 

I wrote a support request via the form, I wrote a support request via email...and no one got back to me, no one helped me. Is there any way to get my download activated?
