Hi! I don't know where else to post this...

I'm testing the Beta 3 that's recently released, and in my casual examination it appears to be exactly as the current stable version.

1) Is there a list of changes / bugfixes / features I can look at?

2) any rough guess on how long before 3.xx becomes the stable release?

I'm looking at developing a couple of plugins for CjForum... and am trying to decide if I should start working on the 2.x or forge ahead with the 3.x  ...
