404 Error on Survey

Hello,

I have installed community surveys and I am impressed by its flexibility and ease use, thank you! I am, however, running into an error when trying to view surveys from the front end. I have published and created keys, but every key seems to generate a 404 error, as though the survey doesn't exist. I am certain that there must be a permission error, but I can't seem to track it down. It does this whether the surveys are private or public, users are logged in or not logged in, if they are accessed through the menu, through direct links or through aliases. Thank you for your help!
