Add comments to answers before moving to next question

Hello

I have a quiz to set up with the responses as radio buttons, each question has 3 possible responses and each response has a comment to show before moving to the next question. For example:

1. That’s not quite right!....+ text    2.That’s correct!.... + text     3. Hmm… That’s not it....... + text

I can't see how to do this and wonder if it's possible?
