add new pool not working & problem with jomsocial

problem
1. in activity stream of jomsocial, when we click the link in activites that refer to poll, it's not going to the poll, but still in that same page.
2. add new pool doesnt work. when user click add new poll, it goes to home, not to add poll layout
3. when activated avatar on random poll, there is error:
Notice: Undefined property: CUser::$1 in /home/indov469/public_html/modules/mod_randompoll/helper.php on line 156.
4. when i make add poll link in jomsocial toolbar, and user click on it, same thing, it goes to home.

i'm using jomsocial 2.2.1
joomla 1.5.23
cj poll 1.2.9
