Just purchased and installed the product.. I think there is some kind of conflict as the "Ask It" link doesn't do anything.

I've read similar threads here - the corejoomla jquery plugin is installed and enabled, but I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this conflict. Any idea where I should be looking?

Update: I disabled jquery in another module & made progress - when I press "Enter", the question page appears (which is great).

Now I just need help with the "Ask It" link, which still doesn't work.
