Okay, testing out this software. I have a webpage, loaded the Forum on. I with my Admin account, and my generic Test User account, can go to their profile, upload an avatar, and it works.  Someone else I have tests the website, creates an account, but can't upload a photo. They can edit, select a file to upload, and click save and then nothing happens. No error, and no picture.

Okay, even more trial and error, got them to send me the picture they were using. They had managed to upload a different photo.  With that photo I got the same results. I tried shrinking it. Reshaping it. Eventually renaming the format from jpeg to png, and it worked.  But their was nothing blocking jpeg as the second picture she used was a jpeg. So I'm still confused and want answers as to why one photo simply would not want to work.
