if a user is creating a question with cjanswers and is setting up a bounty, he is just receiving in reputation-tab in cjforum:
Points deducted for creating bounty for question ID
I think, this is not very useful. Wouldn't it be better to replace question ID with hyperlinked title of question?
What do I have to change in language-files to achieve it?
