BUG: 403 - Access Forbidden. Error code: 10001

I have Community Polls installed and permissions set correctly for users to access. The component was working fine from the front-end however after enabling "Search Engine Friendly URL's" and "Add suffix to URL's" in my Global Configuration I receive the following error when accessing the Community Polls page:

403 - Access Forbidden. Error code: 10001

I have my .htaccess file setup correctly and tested the mod_rewrite functionality. All other components and pages on the site work fine with the SEF settings I have enabled. These are the same settings I use on all my sites and I've never had this issue before.

I haven't changed any of the templates and have uninstalled and reinstalled the component on several occasions without success.

I MUST have SEF URL's enabled on this site. www.homedadnetwork.com

Please advise. Thanks.
