[BUG] Community Surveys compoennt: you already replied to this survey

Hi,

 

I am using com_communitysurveys 4.5.4, with google recaptcha plugin.

I started a survey got some responses and at some point, it is now not possible to get new replies anymore.

 

No matter which user comes, it gets "you already replied to this survey"

Access to viewing replies is restricted.
