Hi,

after updating CQ to the latest 7.0.2 version, I had the "Send results by email" form showing up after the quiz submission even though this parameter is set to "No" in the quiz params (it's the default value and all quizzes show them anyway).

Downgrading to 7.0.1 fixed the issue.
