On the quesitons-edit-page, clicking the "Preview Questions" button gives the "404 View not found [name, type, prefix]: form, html, communitysurveysView" error.

To confirm it, I navigated to /administrator/components/com_communitysurveys/views path, and there is no view called "form" . So, it looks like, the latest version is missing some important files and folders.

Can you please give this a priority and fix it as soon as possible?
