The email notification for personal messages works for the new PM as the person who is receiving the PM is indeed getting the notification. But the notifications for the replies are being sent to the replier and not to the person who should receive the message. It looks like the variable Author Name is not looking correctly to the actual person replying after the first message in a thread.
