CA & AUP integration: question submission

Hello Maverick :)

I have a little issue: i've installed AlphaUserPoints and the CA plugin via the AUP xml-installer. I'd like to do this: when a user asks a question he loses 10 points, but if he has no points (or less than 10 points) he shouldn't be able to post his question.

I've selected "-10" as number of points gained by the user when he asks his question, and i've done some tests. Actually, after the submission the system print out two messages:

- the first is more or less "Sorry, you don't have enough points to do this operation"

- the second is: "thank you, your question has been submitted"

I'd like to prevent users from posting questions if they don't have enough points: how can i do this?
