I have today updated to the latest version of Community Surveys (5.94) and cjlib (3.2.9).

For new surveys, and pre-existing surveys, we can add new questions, but when we try to make updates, the changes are not saved.

I have deleted my browser temp files, and tried different web browers and the issue persists.
